Midlands businessmen involved in the building industry were arrested in dawn raids today in connection with a £6 million fraud linked to organised crime gangs.
Two bosses from the Wolverhampton area were among 21 people arrested on suspicion of money laundering and conspiracy to cheat the public purse.
